what does the 'pocketlogger' show the egr doing when this happens VS when it doesn't it with a CEL. what other sensors go out of range when the problem occurs?

I just replaced my PCV vaulve and spark plugs and the problem has gotten much better but I still believe that my O2 sensor is bad

I'll be talking to the guys from Innovate when I go to sema see what I can't work out with them

Do you have your injectors installed in the correct place (2 green 2 purple)?

Yes.

I'm considering trying to reproduce it sometime, but I've since swapped back to my welded EGR pipe. But if I go back and reproduce it, I'll add fuel via my extra injectors just to see what happens.
