Okay, so i just got off the phone with both my Mazda dealer and Mazda NA. Mazda NA seemed to not want to talk with me about swapping out the head unit and told me to call my dealer. so i did and he talked to his local rep. when he called my back, he said that i should call Mazda NA and complain and tell them my situation and ask to be contacted by a manager. supposedly, the rep gets a copy of all complaints. he said that the more people call up, the better chance we have for getting the radio's swapped out. so call in! for those of you who don't know the number, it is 1-800-222-5500, option 4. remember, the more people that call in, the better chance we have in swapping out the radio's.
