Your wishlists: Top 3 performance items

2. Full USB Interface with mobile WiFi broadband.

.

I'd rather have WiMax. They don't have it in our area as far as I know but in cities that do it is the cat's pajamas. Wide area WiFi with ranges of miles and repeaters along highways so you basically have DSL level internet while on the road. I don't need no stinking nav unit if that was available.

AutoNet has great coverage well beyond just major cities and roads, anywhere 3G is available. That means you can not only use it while driving, but even places like campgrounds, rest stops, tourist attractions, etc. And once you get to the hotel, most offer WiFi in the room now, so you're still covered.

It also allows multiple users and has a 150' range from the car. Chrysler is already offering it in their Grand Caravan.

I mentioned the 3.7L V6 with 305 hp because its the most feasible of the engine options, I mean it already has the same displacement, and it won`t add a premium to the sticker.

Of course, the ecoboost is probably a lovely engine, but if you want more, you gotta pay more.
You gotta be ready for a $3k-4k premium.

So I chose the 305hp engine as the first option cause its an improvement (probably in fuel economy as well) without paying more. (cheers)

Not suggesting anything, just looking for ideas if there are any. Won't debate the validity of what can work or not, anything we did would have to have dyno-proven increases if it were for performance.

Sounds like this isn't the market. Me? I am always looking for some tasteful bolt-ons for whatever I drive.

Brand new to the forum, my CX-9 doesn't even show up till Thursday...first thing I did was find a forum and search for mods :)

this post made me smile. I'm in for any boosts - without being silly about it. This is the wife's ride. I have a (tastefully) modded 335i which is my toy.

Looking forward to reading more in future!

The top 3 performance item, of my list:
1. Turbo/super charger
2. Better brake pedal engagement
3. A new OEM navigation (with better UI and the ability to unlock) to replace the existing POS... I know this is not a performance item...
