Just curious what everyone is running on their BCs and what characteristics they like about those settings. I currently run 12 (to the right from zero) up front and back for comfort but have serious issues when people get in the back.

i had mine at a similar setting, but had the same issue when hauling some stuff. I recently upped mine to 25/30 rear and 20/30 front. Feels great, not too rough and hugs the road nicely. I rarely scrape anymorre :) It may be too rough for some. But even my wife said it felt too squishy before and likes the ride better now.

25/20??? damn...u guys must have the best roads in Tampa! That sounds uncomfortable as hell. Anyone else?

Are roads here are good in some places and horrible in others. Its really not that bad. Its easy to adjust too, just play around with it till you find whats most comfortable. In the rears i just remove the top plastic trim and pull the carpeted sides out far enough to get your arm in there. I use an allen key too, rather than that little tool.

The spring rate is soft enough to compensate for a stiffer damper adjustment. Plus the stiffest setup on these isnt crazy rough IMO as well. Good luck. im subbin for your final adjustments. :)

I just installed mine the other day and set them as 9 F / 13 R (0 being the softest setting). Rear seems a little harsh on speed bumps, but other than that I have no complaints. Plan on trying something around 15 F / 25 R for the next AutoX.

o believe me dude, ive had mine a while...i had the first set on the speed3s back when SU first started selling them....ive just had it set comfy (12/12) for a real long time and recently got wider tires that rub a lot more now....so I need to stiffen them up and was jus wondering what people use.

Im pretty skinny I can get to my rears just by sticking my arm in the jack opening and the other little opening on the passenger side. Mine have textured knobs on top like the fronts...not sure what yours have?

This is what my knob looks like...front and back.

See thats the puzzling thing..i never know whether to go stiffer in the front or in the rear...which is why i left it flat all these years. i dont autocross so comfort is still my priority, just need to know what is more practical....firm front or firm rear?

Firm rear. Less understeer under extreme conditions.... I.E. avoiding deer

I recently put BC's on my car too. I had the backs on for a lil bit before I out the fronts on. The backs were good for me at 16. I put on the fronts & had them set to 16/16, the ride felt horrible to me. I tried going about 3-4 heavier in the back, running 12/16 now & it feels so much better. If you're still running 12/12, I'd say set the rear about 3-4 stiffer. It made the ride feel so much better in my car. I was almost gonna mess with the front spring rate cause I bought them used & wasn't sure where they were set but now it feels perfect. Still might mess with the spring rate just to make it a bit stiffer. :) I had Megan Racing track coilovers on my 240 prior to this, maybe I miss the super stiffness. Still gotta figure out my SCCA seting though. Might try the 15/25 like the other guy on here.
