Well of course it is based on it. Ford has a fairly big share (34%) of Mazda. It's basically re-badged and seemingly overly ventilated...

Yep, it matches the two-tone brown on black leather interior. The silver/black dash is interesting, I wonder if that's what the 08 will have.

That must have been the EU Ford C-Max, the i-Max just came out last month.

The following cars all share the same platform: Mazda5/Premacy, Mazda3, Ford i-Max (TW), Ford Focus (EU), Ford C-Max, S-Max, & Galaxy, Volvo C30/S40/V50/C70. On the derivative EUCD platform are the new Ford Mondeo, Volvo V70/S80, and Land Rover LR2/Freelander.
