Finally got mine in, nice kit, high quality. The 6000K is just a little blue and the light output its 100X better than the stock crap. I would recomend getting some Male sockets off ebay so you dont have the bare wired pluged into the stock harness. They only cost about $5.00

okay for some reason my pics were gone and ive had no idea so now post is UPDATED WITH PICS! take a look, you can tell theyre very high quality. that's my car with the 9006 3k fogs and the pics really dont do them justice. they look really nice at night

Okay, maybe Im stupid, or just dont understand.

Do these have the bulbs included, or do I need to buy bulbs seprately?

each kit comes with 2 phillips bulbs, 2 ultra slim digital waterproof ballasts, and wiring harnesses. if you take a look at the second picture, the bulbs are inside those plastic cylindrical things for protection

hrrm..
So which would you recommend for my 07 MS3?
Ive read that I should only do the 35w kits, as the 55 watt ones melt the harnesses

well i only have 35w kits...and thats all i would imagine anyone needing anyway. all thats left for you to choose is the color so im not sure what youre looking for. i have 6000k and 8000k, 6000k being more white and 8000k with that blueish hue

im interested in a 6000k kit for an 03 P5

stock bulb sizes are h7 lows & 9005 highs....would i be going with the h7 kit??

will this eliminate use of the halogen highs? & in order to upgrade to bi-xenon, i'd need to replace the ballasts (+ projectors) right?

sorry for all the questions, but there's only so much searching, re-searching, & comparing i can take

there are no bi-xenon kits for you car because your high beams and low beams are separate...you'd need to get a separate kit for each. this means replacing the bulbs+ballasts for each. if you want to change both to xenon you can buy both from me and ill give you a discount or if you want one it'd just be regular price. PM me what bulbs sizes you want/kelvin rating and your address.

i kno there technically aren't P5 specific bi-xenon kits, but there are retrofits that can be done.....im wanting HID's for lows (w/the kit you have) & still have the functionality of the halogen highs....which was my inquiry, can i install your HID kit & still use my stock halogen high beam with the steering column twist/lever switch

in the future, i will be installing bi-xenon bulbs & projectors....so i'm unsure if your ballasts can support the bi-xenon, or if i have to replace them....regardless you've got quite a deal

yeah i dont know too much about customizing lights, but yes changing your low beams will not affect your high beams in any way because they are separate. why do you want xenon highs anyway ? do you use them often? like to piss oncoming drivers off? haha

a bi-xenon bulb is dual purpose.....high & low in one....there is a retrofit co that supply a variety of bi-xenon kits....i want to still have functional halogen highs when i have HID lows, just for the extra brightness when highs are on

I do live in a pretty rural part of CT, & drive on a lot of winding dark roads that i use highs a lot....& with the (correct) set-up im trying to go for (w/projectors & aligned properly in the housings), my headlights shouldnt be a blinding nuisance, like 90% of the ricers around here that just shove an HID bulb into a halogen reflector(headshake

so, the other thing im confused on, is there a wiring adapters in your kit that'll adapt to factory connections or am i splicing connections myself??.....when i ask you for an H7 6000K kit, thats just the bulb TYPE or that means its a kit HAS adapters included for the factory wiring??....also, what brand of bulbs are they, philips, silvania, PIAA...?

why not just save yourself the hassle of retrofitting when you can just get two separate kits? that should give you more than enough light output anyway. my kits come with phillips bulbs, ballasts, and harnesses. you might not have what you need to connect them to the stock wiring depending on your car, but whatever you need should be cheap.

you really dont want HID high beams.

HIDS take awhile to heat up. i dont know about you but when i flick on my high beams i want to see right then and there. You should just buy a white high beam halogen bulb instead of buying a kit.

well it depends how often he uses his high beams because hes not going to have to warm them up every time unless there are long periods between the times he turns them on. btw, can we have advice as PMs please? i didn't plan on my sale thread to become a discussion. thanks!
