Worse comes to worse, I'll mod the lids but on his fx-r setup, it looks like he only need another .25"-.5" max to fit so I'm pretty hopeful.

Or get a "peel and stick" hood vent and cut out below it on the lid? lol

Or could see if a local metal shop could make a custom headlight lid.



oh, or random thought, what if you had a spacer ring behind the headlight and headlight mounting bracket? Basically just space the headlight itself forward some ?

or, jsut build the things and it'll work like a charm with the smaller projectors!

Someone told her to try the same, but from what I understand, you can't space the headlights forward because then they are not being pressed up against the headlight frame and become loose and unstable. Custom headlight lids will be the answer if they don't work, but im pretty sure they should

I will probably tackle this project after turbo is said and done, I cannot stand my night time driving light.

You say FM II and that sure doesn't look like a hydra setup, so its probably a voodoo II so you're running a tiny gt25 more then likely.

It's pre-Hydra, it's got the Link ECU (stock ecu is in a box in the closet with the keypad for the Link tuner-came with the car)

I've gotta go through the paperwork that came with the car. I've got a 3" thick folder full of receipts.

My car, nah.. nothing since the mspnp showed up. Paying off my CC before I buy my clutch, exciting I know.
