I love zip ties. They hold wires and misc. things where you want them with great effectiveness.

Unfortunately, I must admit that I held on my front bumper to my fender with 2 zip-ties for a week or so about 2-3 years ago after I was in an accident... (confused)

Just don't get a Fiberglass lip and you shouldn't have to worry about it. I guess CF would crack too tho... Urethane ftw!
