i have 17" with 205/40R17
i bought them off someone who knew nothing (civic owner)
so the rims from the best i could measure are 45mm.

3" drop is probably a bit much for the tokicos...

the wheels should have a stamp indicating the offset on the inside of the wheel... I hope for your sake they are 48 or higher.

Why 48 or higher? J-naoto has a 40offset on his 17s with the same tires.

But still, if his wheels are 45, he should be cool since his tires are small.

the overal diameter is the same as stock, i know that.

Offset is how much the wheel sticks out or sucks in, if the offset number are too high or too low, you'll rub. I doubt you will though.

i know what the offset is llolll.

complete width of the wheel devided by 2 minus the distance from the bolt holes to the end of the wheel.

giving you the offset difference between the centerline of the wheel, and where the bolt holes line up.

it doesn't help the offset is measured in mm and width is measured in inches though.

My offset is 40 in the front and 37 in the back, I have 16s but with my tires, I'm only .3in smaller than your wheels. I only rub when I hit a dip really hard but I also have my rear fenders "rolled"

i sure did. i'm running 215/40 for the rear and -2.2 degrees of camber
