X-mods anyone played with them?

X-mods anyone played with them? There Remote controlled cars, that you can mod! anyone fooled with em' how fast can they go?

I just got a XMOD today. I have the red Supra. I also purchased the body kits, stage 2 motors, steels ball bearings and the allwheel drive upgrade. Got to go put it together....

i have the skyline. with all the upgrades inclucing AWD. they are pretty fun. and decently fast.

They are pretty fast, probably hang with a 1/10th scale car. I love my Skyline.

yea i want one so bad, but no one will let me buy on etill after christmas, i wonder why? has any one tried the crest spin brush motor ( crest toothbrush) its the same as the stage 2 but with a LOT more turque. they say you really cant run it with rwd ypu need awd cuz it has soooo much turque. check out the thread i made a few day i made a few days age and theres a link there to a nother fourm thats all about xmods. and has 5th and 6th cell conversions and aslo how to install the spinbrush motor.

They won't hang with my 1/10 scale nitro r/c car...it hits 50 MPH

Saw them at radio shack and just laughed. doesn't even compare to a hpi micro rs-4. poor thing is half the speed and barely tweakable
