yea, i hear you on the temps. overnight low was supposed to be 0 here, ended up being 10 below still by the time i got to work at 7. i didnt drive the MS3 tho, since i still have a beater on the road and everything was salted up from the snow we got yesterday.

how did your car start up when it was that cold? ive never driven the mazda in those kind of temps, but let me tell you, my toyota did not appreciate being woken up at all. barely turned over, oil light came on because the oil was so thick it wasnt getting any circulation for a minute, and after my 20 minute drive to work, my shifter still felt like it was stuck in wet cement. figured better safe than sorry with the speed tho, didn't really want to have to pump that frigid, sludgy oil thru the turbo when it was that cold out.

I know that mine did not like it at 9 deg. I let it warm up for 10-15 minutes before I left. I might be at the point of getting a new battery though. It has been slow on the cranking amp supply as of late.

Sounds like my buds from FL. "Man, it was 53 yesterday, I had to wear a freakin' leather jacket."

Although, I have found my car operates really nice between 58-65 deg. She just loves that temp range.

I saw -9 on my way into work today too, it was still dropping (short drive to work) weather reports -11 currently. Suspension sounds horrible and i swear i can see my gas gauge moving.

hell yeah, it was a freezing 46 this morning in tampa. the only difference is, its a wet cold down here. Ive been up north plenty of times and a 40 degree day here feels like a 20 degree day up north due to the humidity..
