it is running really rich with no convertors.. the motors also do that when they are loosing the apexi seals...

mine did that as well when i didnt have decel fuel tuned right. After doing some load pulls on the dyno, it was putting out a blue flame for about a minute and a half.

also does it when the two step is engaged cutting spark..

my RX8 does that too. just something rotaries do with no catalytic converter and running rich.

The original video shows anti lag, it's sweet. I have that on my Haltech and you can hit almost 20psi before leaving the line.

My friends Galant VR4 would do this depending on where he set the rev limiter. It has more to do with having no catalytic convertor.

They don't wreck it, but they're VERY hard on it. It skyrockets your EGT's past 2000*F and makes s*** glow red i na hurry, but you build bosot like a motherfucker!

I never said you NEEDED to have anti-lag to shoot flames, but in reference to the video that's what's doing it. I can get pops and quick bangs of flames between shifts if I turn off decel fuel cut on the Haltech.
