Yea seriously! I'm like omg omg omg , forums arent working...refresh refresh refresh

its terrible!!!

I just jump on our web site or go play games on yahoo when it happens. I've noticed it more lately too.

I don't have a CC either...you do it through Paypal, which in my case is connected to my bank account.

Hell, we pay for most of our s*** ourselves so no one better complain when it happens to ours. lol We have times ours is unavailable too, usually upgrading on something. Down time is not always a bad thing.

i love this site, i think im gonna go donate some moolah, even though im broke, lol

I've been thinking that I should do that too, especially considering the cost of bandwidth.

Edit: Just gave $5. Maybe more later, but that's about as much as I can spare now. :D

the site has been off and on because of a faulty scsi drive, tis fixed now, but keep donating!!!

Hi Guys,

I'm looking into it. I think it's just that there were just too many of you and the settings had to be re-tweaked. I'll be keeping an eye out, but it should be okay from now on.

yea i have noticed this too, it is a good thing. Makes me get off my ass and do something constructive.

Yeah what derrick said, too.

First the SCSI drive failed. Site was out for about 6 hours. Then it took a few more hours till it was fully fixed and replaced.

Then you guys hit the 250+ user mark. MySQL was not configured for that many usrs. When it ran out of connections the s**** hit the fan.
Yesterday it happened. My buddy Blake was logged in and repaired it. Today it happened once more, despite the increased MySQL max_connections. Now I contacted vbulletin support. Hopefully they will shed some light on the black art of server tuning under heavy load.

Yeah I noticed the site was down before most did in North America :p...I had sent several SOS msgs to enry...don't worry we got the best on the job!

Don't mistake any technical problems or downtime for lack of site management...but because of site POPULARITY!!! ;)
