WTB: Secondary catalytic converter / exhaust B-pipe

I'm trying to get the car MD-inspected, and turns out the second rear cat is missing (just a pipe in there). If anyone has something that will work, an OEM B-pipe or something, that would be perfect. I can have a new one welded in for ~$200, so I'd be looking for something cheaper than that. Thanks!

Are you talking about the midpipe? The part after the j pipe?
