Call onlinemazdaparts, they may still be able to get you a new one. When I ordered mine a few months back, they had 8 known left. It was $233 shipped with the fog grills.
Unless you find somebody that doesn't keep up with the community, these lips were only made for half a year (OEM), and are becoming harder and harder to find. Most people don't sell them till the car is dead. This makes for a high resell value. I think you would be damn lucky to find a used one under $200.
