WTB in MD/DC/NOVA: MS6 battery tie down, spare tire, rear seat (bench)

I am looking for the above mentioned parts.

For the interior bits, I have black leather MS6 seats in the rear, so either a full rear seat set or just the lower bench (would prefer the bench as the material is ripped in mine, but either is fine).
