He did contact me saying he shipped it via UPS, but the number he gave is not a UPS tracking number.

Edit that.. yup, the tracking number does work, there was a different UPS website that I had to use, and it was on the invoice that was faxed.

Not quite yet. Had the machine shop take a look at it and stated not so good things regarding the block, along with the findings of info that the seller knew the block was bad before he sold it to me.
