Mazdaspeed 3 gt
looking to buy a downpipe but i dont know whats best for the car and wont throw any cel's can anyone with experience help

Unless you have a new high pressure fuel pump or fuel pump internals down pipe should be close to one of the last bolt on's you do. The down pipe on the speed3 is super restrictive and once you put a free flowing down pipe the fuel system can't keep up and you get lean spots.....lean spots = boom. It would be a good thing to get ether a cobb accessport or a hypertec also for tuning before a down pipe. I prefer cobb because you can edit any tune and they are always updating.

Now that is said......
The corksport dp is great they have a devorced wastegate so you don't get boost spikes
cobb would be another good option though more expensive.
Stick with name brand no ebay crap

Also you will want to ether go with the ptp pcv pill (30 bucks)or the cobb pcv fix so your turbo doesn't start smoking

As for CEL'S you can ether get a race cat in the dp or a O2 bungle extender (pulls the o2 sensor up put of the exhaust a bit to eliminate the cel problem and its way cheaper). You can also turn off this cel with the cobb ap

I was told that atp full downpipe is my best option besides cobb and im gettin the cobb ap tuner to so will I b ok then. On top of that I already have turbo xs rp and 2 res delete. Im gonna get greddy exhaust to so im looking to b pretty loud

Cobb tune will have the tuning map for the Cobb downpipe and you will be able to data log. It is always best to match parts from a qualified engineering/tuning group such as Cobb they designed the custom tunes for their parts and have already done the testing to make the car faster and keep reliable.
But if you are going to open up the whole exhaust system you will probably need a personal tuner as the turbo will spool up quickly and possibly cause problems.
And lean in fuel is one of those potentials. Any Cobb pro tuners available to you? i am not selling Cobb but if that is the tuning method i think you still need a guy who can race tune your car for fun and reliabilty. I have a CP-e Standback in my car for now and that has helped us to get some more performance from the speed3

Now lets say I dont get the downpipe and I still wanna add power would u get cobb ap or hypertech

Id assume if you are looking into a downpipe you already have other mods so i would say ap. You can customize it more.

I'm selling my corksport downpipe for $270 shipped....has less than 500 miles on it. Ur saving $50 by buying my like brand new dp. Lmk

I have a Corksport down pipe and race pipe with a high flow cat all ceramic coated. I'll do $450.00 shipped for everything if your interested.
