WTB: complete engine, fmic, turbo back exhaust, hks bov, etc

I am looking to buy a complete engine, fmic, turbo back exhaust, hks bov, lower springs and struts for my 2003 spicy orange MSP. I need to replace the engine and would like to upgrade other parts. Thank you!

I am have a part out, FMIC, GT28RS Turbo, and more. Some items are not listed yet, since I am trying to find time to take them off.

I have Tokico Illumina 5 Way Adjustable with H&R springs on my car, let know if you are interest.

Haha 3500 for an engine isn't a bad price but considering how cheap MSP's are going for nowadays it really might make more sense to buy an extra car just for parts :P

To the OP - I have an uninstalled FMIC with custom piping that I can sell you, also I can part out my Tokico Blues and Eibach springs if you have the stock ones to trade. Let me know if you're interested.

why not just pick up a used p5 engine ( same thing ) and take your turbo off of it? it is way cheaper... like 900 bucks for the entinre engine... running lol.... or pay 3500 - 5k for a new engine... or just a new car.... but that is just my 2 cents.... free bump...

That are not quite the same, since the FS motor on P5 wasn't design for boost. It will not handle more than 12 psi, and they are not very reliable once you put the turbo kit on it.

really?... im running a boposted p5... and well... im modded... stock internals... no issues... do some research before you make a coment to a person looking to buy a motor... the p5 is a fsde adn as is the msp... the differences are the windage tray, water lines and oil lines, oil cooler.. the vacum lines ( the clamps on them ) as well as a pvc valve... oh.... i forgot to mention the ecu and the turbo and downpipe its self.. they are the SAME motor... look at the parts guides and parts numbers and specks....

well check your pm's im not gonna clutter this thread any more with stuff that isnt realivant..

to the OP:
msp engines are the same as the p5 engine... you should really look into getting a 2.0 FSDE engine at say car-parts.com or some where.. depending on what was wrong with your other engine... you can swap over the parts... and what not and save your self a butt oad of money... or... buy a new motor... im just trying to help ya be informed..

As ^^ said, all P5's and any 3rd gen protege for that matter with the 2.0 engine are the same and react to boost the same.

Now, to the OP I would go with a Speed Circuit block, Corksport 80mm + corksport downpipe for a full turboback, HKS SSQV, custom front mount with a quality core, and whatever suspension setup you want based on how much of a drop vs. ride quality.

The FS in the MSP wasn't designed for boost either. Weak rods, poor oiling system, low flow head. Using a P5 motor is fine.
