Have any cheap ass coilovers they wouldn't mind me taking off their hands. I've been obsessing over the slammed thread and I hate myself every time I walk out to my car and am able to stick my entire arm in my wheel well. C'mon, someone has to be able to help me out here! Thanks in advance guys:)

I know, I'm just a cheap bastard. I was hoping for some used ones so I could get them a bit cheaper. But I may just bite the bullet and get some new ones so I won't have too many problems.

Gonna be saving up for a bit longer then. Ah, the life of a starving college kid:P

Thanks for the info man.

no problem. yeah just try to get money and sell s*** you dont want anymore

those are coilover sleeves meaning you use your stock struts. It is highly recommended to upgrade the struts when switching to aftermarket springs, let alone coilover sleeves. Besides, you can't get the full drop from those without cutting the spring perch. If you want coilovers, save up and do it right.

What's a good set? I honestly don't know s*** about suspension. I'm the electronics guy. I lost my mechanic friend when I moved so I have no one to help me out.

unless you wait for protege03ak46. hes gonna be selling some tociko blues with skunk2 coils later this year for a good price. thats what he told me.

Well, I guess I better start saving then, huh? :P

Thanks for the info to you too. Like I said, I'm really new to everything that isn't electronics related and i'm having some difficulty with the learning curve.

to get a nice drop you don't have to go with coilovers...
I nice set of springs will get you there and even improve your ride quality.
Road magnets with only set you back a couple hundred bucks. Sportlines if you can find them have been noted to give the best drop and feel for our cars

With drop springs, will I have to replace my struts?
