WTB: cat for a 03 p5

Hello all, we just picked up an 03 p5. On the way home check engine light! Needless to say I was pissed off. (pissed) Got my scanner out and gave me codes referring to cat on its way out. So I look to you all for help. If anyone has a STOCK CAT. 50 state legal(damn california hippes!) lol, I would like to purchase. I was hoping for one that is not all rusted up and such. Sounds like you need the main cat within the mid-pipe, and not the pre-cat?

Yup. It rattles and popped out a code last nite. Sounds like loose springs inside main cat.
