WTB: 2003 Protege5 ECU

I need to replace my ECU (PCM). It works great but I keep getting a "NO CONNECTION ERROR" and am thusly getting FAILED for inspection in NJ. All the wiring is good. I'm left with replacing the ECU.

Can anyone beat that? I'm going to have to move on this pretty quick b/c I need to go in for re-inspection by the end of June.... Thx.
