WRX hood on P5? Who can Help?

Im going to be out in So Cal soon, I am thinking about getting a WRX hood and trying to fit it to my car. Can Anyone in the area do body work? Any have thoughts on what it would cost? thanks!

Well... since you will be in LA and all , You should stop by our weekly meet. It so happens that it is a Mazda/Suby meet. Im sure you can talk to one of the WRX owners there, maybe someone there even has one for sale. They are a great group of people, and im sure we be more then willing to talk to you about this new mod.

i dont think you are going to have any luck trying to fit the hood on. you should however, take the hood scoope from the wrx hood and graft it into your stock hood. this will let your hood fit like stock and give you the oh so rally scoop.

one of our members did this with the EVO hood, grafting on the vents to the stock hood. looks killer. he had a professional do it, and you will probably have to do the same.

erebuni makes universal hood scoops you can add on.

they will certainly be cheaper than a scooby or evo hood scoop.

if you are going to make it functional you'll need a custom air intake but its possible.

don't know if you noticed, but slp's page says for off highway use only.
