WRX 440cc Injectors

hey guys, just found this thread again. I was wondering if the injectors are the same on every year of wrx (440cc) I met a guy who says his wrx injectors are 380cc, but i think he may be trying to sell me a 2.5RS injector or something. Are STI 500cc injectors worth looking into or the ones in the new 2.5lT WRX motorsor a legacy GT with the 2.5lT? Should I just stick with 440cc? going to be using them in my newly aquired DSM afc

honestly, i think they are 380cc but everyone says 440cc. i called a shop and told them i had some 440cc from a wrx and he told me they were 380cc

guess john will need to know what years use 440s and what years use the 380s so people get the right map. Im trying to find some 440s right now if anybody has any pm me.

Here is the pic of the 2003 WRX Injectors I just purchased.

Here is my question I have read and PM'ed several members. And half of them said they need to be spaced and the other half said they are direct drop in.

Just looking for some more input.

Everywhere I've read says they are 440cc. I also bought a set and the guy said they were the 440's from his WRX.

The spacing is optional I think. It just depends what placement you're comfortable with. No one has had complaints either way IIRC. Search for YP5 Toronto's thread on them.

anybody know what a set of new O-rings will cost me? are the MS and subbies O-Rings interchangable or do I need to specifically get one or the other? I ended up finding a set locally so Paul has a set for sale if anyone is interested PM him.

The stock injectors have o-rings and if they are not cracked you can reuse them.

should i reuse the wrx o-rings or the MS rings on the rex injectors? not sure if it even matters, just never done injectors before so i wanna "make it a nice".

New is always better but if you plan to reuse when you take the stock ones out and compare to the wrx ones you'll notice which are in better shape.
