wow silverstars

I know what the posters talkin about, it seems like your driving with your high beams on, right after i put mine in me and a friend went diving and he was complaining about how bright my lights were from behind him

wow theres alot of mixed feeling towards it.anywayz i find it weird that some people have theirs last really long as compared to people who blow out within a month or so.my dad's 4runner has had silverstars for almost 2 yrs and its still running strong(btw its a 2000 4runner so it has DRLs) i'm thinking that the P5 actually does have a problem wit the electrical.

anywayz has any1 found a headlight upgrade harness for h7s?all i can find are h4s or the 9005 or 9006s.

also no1 answered my question yet lmao.do silverstars actually melt ur headlight harness? i know some1 put that they had some other bulbs and it melted it. i'm curious about the silverstars melting the harness.haha the silverstars gotta tie my over till i actually get some HIDs xP thanks for the info in advance xD

i wouldnt think that theyd melt the harness because theyre the same wattage as the stock bulbs.

thanks for answering my question carter1551 xD now i guess i can sleep a bit better at night.lol.unless some1 freaks me out wit some other info lmao.i heard changing the melted harness can be a pain in the ass.

well my wires melted slightly when I first bought the car cuz the dummy before me had 70 watt bulbs in and it fried the little connector but luckily it didnt f up the actual harness cuz the harness is like 300 bucks.

2 sets of silverstars, neither lasted more than 2-3 months. Never had any problems with the stock bulbs since Ive had the car.

My experience exactly. I keep buying them tho' - because they are better than stock....
