Would you buy a MAZDASPEED2?

I like that! However, to not compete directly with the MS3, the cost should not be more than, say, $20,000. I'm not sure if we could see a forged internals 2 for that price.

And Mazda, please add more gauges so we don't have to. Take a look inside a Corvette to see what I'm talking about.

the 2010 ms3 boost gauge is a step in the right direction (despite it being near useless).

MS2 should get vac gauge, oil temp, and fuel pressure gauges.

Thanks for that brilliant insight. I don't think anyone here is deluded enough to think that one thread alone would change Mazda's mind about its model lineup, but if they were considering a speed2 model, it might help to know that their enthusiast base shows a strong interest in it. Mazdas247 is recognized by Mazda as one of the top enthusiast forums on the web.

I would be interested in a MS2 for sure!! Give the MS3 awd to compete with Evos and STIs.

I kinda like the flat assed look! Are those 6UL wheels? The body kit is perfect, the stance is perfect, and the meaty tires look hot. Looks hot overall!

And, am I seeing a radiator or a FMIC behind the grille?

if Mazda would include those wheels, that aero package, and stiffer (lower) suspension (Racing Beat??)

Hey, guys. I'm brand new to the forum. Just picked up a 2 on Monday night. I think the MS2 concept is sick. I'm obviously not breaking any land speed records with the sport model, but it's for sure an agile little car. And like the Mods said in their review, unless your climbing a pretty significant hill, it's adequately powered. With it's agility and projected power to weight ratio, the MS2 could be a little GTI eater. Then Mazda would have cars in two classes that make paying $27K for a GTI look really silly.(2cents)
