OMG Last night i had a dream that i traded in my P5 with all the pickins for a stock 2000 Civic SI (OMG)!!!!

i woke up in a sweat and raced to the window to make sure she was still there!

my son just sold his 91 civic dx with 260K miles for $2400. It was in good shape...the kid who bought it's got a B16 + turbo kit from Japan to drop in....nice!

yea but ive already got the money in the five, and its a lot more practical as well...i do like the old SIs, the new ones are one of the ugliest cars out there next to the echo however.

i agree matt, i despise the design of the new Si, the last gen 99's and 00' were friggin pimp but then they had to go and fark everything up, and I had such high hopes since the DC5 wasnt worse looking than the DC2's, but alas, mazda it is for me.

I bought my 2000 Si new and I have never had a problem. Last year I bought my Protege 5 also new and I have had the alternator replaced and my transmission rebuilt I say my Si is the better car by far!!!!!

Yeah I could sell my Si for about 13k
but My Protege5 is only worth 12k at the most
Hondas definately hold there value better!!!!!
