Wooowhooo Finally!!!

Finally after a year to year 1/2 of searching my search has finally ended as for yesterday!!!!!

My boyfriend (alphanumeric, for those of you that know him) and I purchased a 1994 Laguna Blue Miata! wooooowhoooo!!!! im sooo excited!

it's a 1.8L Manual, clutch feels good, motor runs....need to do oil change, fluid flush and all that fun stuff, fix the A arm, and some body work...but for the price it was a steal...especially since i know for sure the motor runs! yay!!!!!!!! so looking forward to finally turn some wrenches...LET THE WRENCH TURNING BEGIN!

the tC is partially retired from racing and is now the daily driver parts pickerupper

she got it for a song... If she hadn't bought it, I was gonna try to get it to start building a specmiata... I won't say what she paid for it in case she doesn't want to say... but I do have to say theres TONS of budget left if she wants to build it into a GRM 2008 challenge car, ehe...

but I'm really glad they got it, so they can start to prepare it to compete against us in CSP here

hhehehhe oh no prob...we got it for a STEAL! a hardcore STEAL! $500....chris and i are still trying to figure out whether we're gonna fully race it out...or make it moderately raced out and be able to street it still...we talked about it last night and figured for now since we wanna street it and have absolutely no choice being we dont have a tow vehicle and wont be able to buy one...our bench mark is your miata and jp's hehehe. im looking towards getting another miata too...if this one is still a weekend fun car...the next one will be the non-streetable one. but we are considering possibly the 2008 GRM or maybe even the 2009 that way we can spend $1 more hehehe

we already took the headlight off...we'll probably take the fenders off sometime soon...we're slowly finding other things that need to be done body-wise as we take it apart...but so far not a hard fix at all

yeah that miata just has her way of softening me up! no joke...i do say hi to her everyday before i leave for work hehehehe im such a weirdo! but we should be taking more body parts off soon...can u say tech day coming up!

we already had some fun taking the drivers side headlight out...imagine with all the other operations we'll be doing on the car heheheh its gonna be super fun...i can finally start learning how to really turn some wrenches...i cant wait!

Heh, I've run my '88 323 GTX at GRM the last two years... bring that Miata out this year! I need more women drivers to hang out with.
