With some tint - this car is really HOT

... but of course, you all know that, right?

Anyhow - had our 2 cars tinted - my Altima and my wife's P5. Loving it!

If anyone is in DFW area, I very much recommend this place:

The guy is a really "tint nerd" if there is such a thing.

Rook - Yeah I agree...I look at old pics before the tint and it's not pretty. Obviously I liked the car, but definitely better afterward.

On Black Mica it's all stealth....

Now you need some G2 paint for those brake calipers!

Tints

I love my tints! I got the lightest tint you can get but, i think it still looks sweet. Dark enough at night, light enough in the day to see who's driving.

Where did you get your tint, what %, and how much?

I wanna do my P5...

Here is my tint in the sig. 1 step below limo.....California cops don't seemto like me very much (laugh) But its seems as though they recoginize my car around my city and they don't give me any trouble now.

yeah, my 5 looked killer with tint(midnight blue, 20%tint=dark and sexy), and now my msp with 35%mirror tint looks very nice aswell. The mirror kinda blends the tint to the car colour. if i hada got the 20%mirror it would be way to reflective for me. tint is our friend on these cars(all models of proteges, way back to the day)

Do you think it would look okay if I get my side windows tinted pretty dark and my rear windshield lighter. I'm scared of reversing at night if I have too dark of a rear windshield.

damn bazooka joe, I'm loving those rims.. I've got a silver p5 with the exact same tint.. just wish I had those rims too.. racing harts?

konig vedict's in opal finish, thanks i like em too! /members/bazooka joe/p5-1.jpg

It will look ok, so long as there is still tint. I have a friend with a cavalier(ewwww), who put 2% tint on the side windows, and realized it was wayyyyyy to ******* dark, so he left the rear window clear. It looked super ghetto, and it was, cause It was a self tint job, and the guy couldn't even afford a new film for the rear window. He spent every last cent he could spare on the car, so he couldn't buy anything. restate: as long as there is some tint on the back, it will be fine. 20% for me was kinda dark, but ok, if you want really good vision, go 30+%. Hope that helps

I would agree...I have 35% on the driver's and passenger's sides, and 20% for the back and rear windows. 20% is a little too dark when there aren't any streetlights around. But, personally, I think it looks better than the 35%.

I have a 16-month old son, which is one of the reasons I got the car tinted. Those stick on sun shades suck!
