Hey all,
After a long delay, and a momentary lapse while I tried to figure when the Mazda6 Sport would arrive in North America (next February at the earliest), I just signed the papers for my new P5.
I'm planning to keep the stock head unit in (for now), and I've got a question that I'm hoping someone can answer for me.
The stock head unit has an AUX button that would be connected to the tape deck or minidisc player if they were installed. Is it possible to enable this input manually and hook up a couple of RCAs to it? I want to use it with my PocketPC as an MP3 player.
I know the sound quality isn't great, but a stereo upgrade is a low priority for me, right now. Besides, I'm moving up from a Civic that had two door speakers and a pair of old Sony bookshelf speakers that I had lying around. So, anything is an improvement.
Thanks!
Russ
