Has anyone had any issues with their WW body kits? I got mine and one of the side skirts is all out of shape. They said it can be heated up and it will molded back into place. Does anyone know if this is true?

My friend bought the wings west side skirts for his integra and they dont fit for s***. They also sent him directions for installation on a ford mustang. Does the side skirt replace the stock one or does it bolt on over?

Yes, the CF will get pretty flexible when in the sun. I left my hood open all day one time working on it, and when I closed the hood late that night it was sitting real high on the drivers side. I just parked it out in the sun the next day with the hood closed and it went back to normal.

Cool, thanks. It better go back to shape easy! I'm not going to F with this thing much, if it doesn't then they will give me another one.

505-it's polyurethane, not CF. I have the VIS CF EVO hood and it doesn't "heat" up enough to reshape. It sits a little high on the drivers side and I can't get it to line up even with the fender. Do you know how I can do this. And yes I have tried screwing in the stop.

timm - i know DGM ships their urethane lips out of shape to cut down on shipping costs. put it out in the sun (if you have any of that in MD :) ) and youll be fine.

Bigg Tim.....my ViS sits alittle high on the drivers side to, but give it a month or two and it will slowly go down. Every chance i get i push down on it, and leave it in the sun......2 months later its sitting a little better.

Yeah, I've had it for a little longer than 2 months, but the s*** is still sittin gthe same. It has only been getting warmer outside for about a month or so, so I guess it may move. I have tried pushing on it, but it still goes back. I'll just have to wait to see and if it doesn't, then I'm SOL.

So if it sits in the sun for a while, it will go back to it's original shape or be plyable (spelling??) enough to put it in it's correct shape? I don't want to have to bend the s*** all around and hope it fits good.

Just put it out in the sun on a day that you don't need the car, and put something heavy on the high side of the hood. I put down a towel first, and then a 5 pound weight on top of it. It should go back for you if you let it sit for most of the day like that.
