I actually had a question on this as well. Is the rear sprayer meant to just shoot a straight steam that the wiper will spread or is it meant to spray like the front sprayers do.
I haven't had to adjust mine, but in the past I used a small sewing needle. Insert the needle into the tiny hole of the spray nozzle and move the nozzle up. The nozzle should move, but should be firm and not move about easily. Don't push the needle in so far that you open the hole up, just enough to move it.
