Windows 7 dashawk

Couple of people have figured it out. I am running it just fine now on my Vista. Took forever to get it going right. You need to uninstall it and reinstalled it. Reboot your computer. Then the first time you run it, run as administrator.

Upon install, running, or when you plug the dashhawk in?

sometimes when I touch the mouse, sometimes the wheels, always when I send something to the printer direct, but not if I open the doc separate
basically it jacked the usb drivers.

I eventually weeded it out, but for a good example, I discovered the WEI log file had been file associated as a dashhawk type file ! wtf, right?

that win7, not vista mr. mazda

Pete at MSD told me after the fact that win7 is a nogo, as well as Linux

Damn, that sucks man.

Eh, I'll setup a legacy system with XP, I have a few games that don't like 64bit as well

I bought a huge drive to store crap on, so I will likely just reformat my RAID array from striped to mirrored and do a clean reinstall of 7

Sounds like a plan. Good luck. I just installed 7 on my desktop. Doesn't seem like too bad of an OS. Better than Vista for sure.

Odd. Been running Dashhawk software on my 32-bit Win7 laptop since Win7 launched (Bought as a Vista machine w/ free upgrade) with no troubles.

Are you using the same wind I am using?

Yeah I tried everything to get it to run on my Win7 64bit and it just the USB Drivers for the Dashhawk have stopped working. No BSOD or any other problems though.
