I'm doing 35 on the fronts and 20 on the rears. That should be plenty dark. I'm going with Madico Onyx and I also live in MI.

I ended up getting 20 on the back 3 and 30 on the front 4. The 30 just looked a lot deeper than the 35, and the 20 on the back makes everything look darker. I was surprised that even at night it is quite easy to see out of, even not so hard on my non-lit backroads. MUCH easier than through my friend's 20.

Being a perfectionist, it kills me that the pictures I took don't look like the car does in person. In person, the tint all looks much darker and it looks even except for the back windshield. My pics make it look like 3 or 4 different tints. ARG!!(bang)

These pics (for your info) are with the sun coming in through the front windshield and right after I had some fun with nightshades (third brake and side markers) and washed her down quick. Enjoy!!

I had mine done with 35% all around with a 6 inch eyebrow, and with the black interior It looks a lot darker. It's legal at 40% on the front windows hear in Louisiana, and I haven't had any problems at all and I can see just fine out of all the windows. I also have the problem where my eyes are really sensitive to bright light and have to wear sunglasses constantly, but I only need them when driving into a rising/setting sun with this set-up.

where in LA do u live? u got pics of your tint?

I have 15% on the rear, 25% around and 50% the windshield(All covered). Perfect, combination. The film on my car is from LUMAR. Custom job on a local shop. I noticed that during the day I don't need sunglasses. During the night less glare from the lights. Heat levels are down. 100% UV-A UV-B protection. Plus is tint enough to see perfect outside but hard for the others to see you inside. The 50% in the front is very light tint but it works perfect with the rest.

I had mine tinted with an 18% mirrored tint all around. I had a 5% windshield strip put on the front. I really like how it looks with the color of my MS6. I wonder how difficult it would be to get something from the eye doc saying I needed dark tint? Unfortunately, the mirror doesn't show in the photo (you only see the dark blue of the sky).

What do you guys think?
