went to install this last night, the part that i got from onlinemazdaparts.com was pretty much the entire inside of the door! jason from there said they changed up something and they included "more" stuff with it.
popped the door off, its a bunch of 8mm? (pretty sure) bolts you undo. once you disconnect all the parts plugged, give it a tug and it will pop off. the problem i realized is....i have no idea how to get the glass off the old window and i didnt have an extra set of hands. so i ended up putting the whole door back together.
in the process i broke my door handle. there is a little plastic piece that holds the handle and lock in place. somehow i managed to break off the top of that. so now my door handle is dangling around and i have to yank on it to open the door. ghetto. now another thing to fix!
hopefully i get this window problem taken care of soon, i just need another set of hands.
