i have a queston, i have an mp5 with gc coilovers and its lowered 3''
will i rub with 18's that are 18 x 7.5 45mm offset on them.
not on the top of the fender but on the side? if the top rubs
ill lift it up, but will they fit in there?????? please help need to decide soon. thx

I'm full out claming to be wrong here...but...i think if you get 205 tires you should be fine..

if you will look at the VERY FIRST THREAD of this forum.....its stickied up there....it says....READ THIS FIRST...RISHIES FITMENT RECIPE....

it has this information in the very first post of that thread....if you didn't know...Rishie is a member here...he happens to own and operate a wheel/tire/suspension shop in Cal. and has a P5 himself....he has tried nearly every wheel combination there is...and has come up with the following information.....as as I said...its posted in that thread....

7.0" +42 and higher; Barely making it
7.5" +48 or higher, the +45 still worries me with this width on a 205.


so since you are talking about running a 7 1/2 " wheel....you will need 215/35/18's to have tires the correct height....and a minimum of a +48 offset.......or they are going to rub....

that is of course unless you are willing to take your car somewhere and have the fender lips rolled.
