Will aftermarket alarm void warranty?

Hi, I leased my mazda3 s sport and am interested in having an alarm installed. The dealer wants a lot for an alarm installed.

Would an aftermarket alarm installed by shop void warranty?

It may void your warranty, let's say that the alarm shop installed the alarm and then a couple days later your power locks don't work. You take it to the dealership and they see that you've had an alarm installed and the install is what caused your problem then yes, they can void your warranty on electrical wiring but not on your powertrain.
