Will a strut brace from a Lantis fit the protege???

So will a strut brace from a lantis 2.0 KF v6 fit the Protege 2.0/1.8??

The chassis platforms are soposed to be close, but the Lantis are CB platform, and the protege is BJ.

only way to try it out is put it on..... and not only the 1.8l/2.0/ it should fit the 99-03 protege and the mp3/p5/msp......same thing really....

The thing is, I saw it on German ebay. None for the protege. Thats why I ask. So can't try it, unfortunately.
