zerorossi, I saw in another thread your woman wants to learn stick. I have a beater Saturn SL2 I bought and fixed up for that very reason. You are welcome to use it to teach her!

ATTN: The earliest date where the track is open to the public is June1-4 (thursday thru sunday).

If I can get everyones opinions on this it would be great.

oh yeah, and if you want, I can take her out and teach her. My girlfriend refuses to let me teach her, said she'd get too pissed off at me, but would gladly let my brother or friend do it... go figure!

As for track days, I'm pretty open. I don't plan to run, but will come watch/hang out!

Anyone want to meet to eat/drink before that? June is a ways off...

The track opens up for touring laps during the lunch breaks on weekends, i am not entirely sure if it is sat and sun, or just sun.

But either way, $50 to drive the track.
Sat and Sun $35 per day for a ticket


There is camping across the street and on the grounds.

I might be needing a new clutch soon anyways, I might let her tear apart what is left of the old one.

i will be in town may 16-20 (flying out that day from milwaukee), so if any meets are planned, i'd love to join in! i'm hoping to get a 3 as a rental, but even so it will be auto-tragic...

Well, Andrea is going to be in Milwaukee May 16-20th, so maybe somewhere in Brookfield one of those days for dinner or something.

I was planning on waiting to see what she has to say about it.

The Road America thing is going to be one of four weekends that we can get out on the track:

May 19-21 SVRA Spring Vintage Weekend
June 1-4 AMA Suzuki Superbike Doubleheader
June 22-25 Kohler Chicago region June Sprints
August 17-20 Generac 500 ALMS

Friday the 19th, I just want to see if MyZmZm (andrea) is going to be able to make it.

If so, then hell yeah, we have ourselves a dinner meet, BTW, there are some fun roads about 1/4 mile away from the Brewhaus.
