no, this does not happen to me....have you just put the intake on? did you reset your ECU when you did?

try doing that now anyway...it can't hurt.....you reset the ecu by removing the NEGITIVE battery terminal....step on the brakes a few times...this discharges a few capacitors.....then wait about 5 minutes....then hook it back up....start your car...and allow it to idle for about 10 to 15 minutes....then take her for a spin and try it out....see if that helps.

yeah

yeah I did the battey thing because the check engin light came on so I did that to make the light go off. I just think it's weird that it only happens when the lights are on.

it ONLY happens when the lights are on?? It sounds like you didnt connect your sensors right... if your sensors arent connected it will act REALLY funny... because it doesnt know wtf is going on... sometimes the car wont start right away, when your stopped it will idle.. etc make sure all your connections are tight and your sensors are all installed correctly...

thanx

Thanx for the advise, I will check everything again, but that one sensor that goes in the pipe it's self kind of fits funny does it fit that way on yours? A friend from work said that on there honda the O2 sensor went out and it made it run just like that so I will look into that too.

I actually dont have the injen unit.. i have a custom built one... but the ideas are the same... same sensors and whatnot... but anyway.. make sure all your sensors are secured in w/ a tight seal... and about the honda.. that what i was tryin to say... if your sensors go out.. thats how the car acts.. so if your sensor is getting misinformation its going to act similarly... check up on those sensors bro! and if that doesnt work.. id say get it to someone who can diagnose the problem.
