Sounds like your problems are with the dealer...
So have you called Mazda directly? Sounds like you probably got a lemon. I can't believe that they voided warranty based on you "complaining too much". Sounds like you need to get a lawyer and a new dealer.
Bad dealers can easily make issues seems 10 times worse, especially if they're causing some on their own. Sorry to hear this. I for one have never had problems with any of my 6 Mazdas. If I were you I'd move to a brand that has better support in your area. Or send a letter to Mazda outlining your issues. From my personal experience Mazda does help their customers out. If you haven't called Mazda USA directly do so because speaking through your dealer maybe giving you half the story.
Not just one experience, many experiences. I've been to the dealer at least 24 times by now visited the district manager once and called mazda direct 3 times. Mazda actually voided the warranty on half the car because "I complain too much" which just means they won't fix my problems and I have had no dealer ever actually try and fix something with or without a test drive beforehand. It's just been a terrible experience all together and I can't understand why I'm like the only person on the entire forum that has dealer problems AND car problems out the ass. (ugh)
Many of the people here are tired of my bitching but it's true. This car has posed the worst reliability and service out of any car I have ever dealt with. I mean it's been in the dealer for at least 40 days in teh first 10 months I've owned it (only 11 months ownership) and it was bought brand new as an 08.5.
I loved the thing, I want the thing, it's a great little car...but it's just a piece of crap.
I treat every car I drive wonderfully, never floor it, always on the speed limit, never idle for too long, always try to minimize shifting and maximize gas mileage. I would say my driving is nicer on the car than 99% of the people that drive around in my quaint little city.
It's definitely option B but it's more like every dealer I've been to is just terrible. First dealer busted a bunch of parts and killed my battery, second dealer never fixed anything but TSB's, third dealer got half the car's warranty voided. So far it's a 3 for 3 strike out.
I've got a bunch of details around here but I know nobody ever searches and re-typing it over and over again is a PITA. Besides that, it takes about 3 posts to include all my service records and resolutions with experiences and good detail.
I own a very slightly modded (see sig) Mazda3 S Grand Touring. Basically all the cars are the same, same body, same parts, it's just the quality of materials and engine that varies from car to car. So a 3i sedan and a 3S sedan could fall apart at the same rate. I'm not saying they will but from my experience the 3S wagon and the 3S sedan have an equivalent amount of problems but all the problems are different by most means.
Thank you, basically if you name a part I can say I have ahd some sort of issue with it. My last visit to Mazda (where they voided my warranty) it was in for 16 different issues. 4 of which were involving the brakes alone, 3 on the engine, and most of the rest were rattles or fit and finish issues that should have been fixed long ago.
There was a point where the dealer fixed my car but that was my first visit and it was for a few petty things like the headlight having a scratch on its glass lens (bi-xenons), the third brake light not working, and one other thing. But then again they ended up leaving my bumper on the floor, killing my battery, bending the hood prop, busting my battery box, and leaving greasy hand prints all over the front end that ate away the clear coat so now it's less shiny in some spots but the dealer said they couldn't see what I could...I don't blame them, that'd be expensive to re-paint not to mention how pissed I was and would be since the car was only 1 month old.
