This is a follow up of what happened in the original post.

Well, I'm approaching the anniversary for these bulbs that PIAA sent me and sure enough one of them blew out on me yesterday. Of course, I was pissed because I knew I might have to buy a new bulb, but before I went out and spent another $35 on a new bulb. I though I'd give PIAA a call to see if they could do anything. Thank god I called today, my new Xtreme H4 should be here by tomorrow or Thursday. Once again, I am gonna have to say that PIAA has great customer service.

If these one's blow out, I'm just gonna go buy a HID conversion kit. Those should last me a lot longer than a convention halogen bulb.

sounds like some good customer service. What bulb are you running and how well does it work. has your visual area changed at all.

This does not have to do anything with PIAA, but a similar problem occured to me not to long ago. The hex nut on my KMC wheels came undone and got lost on the highway. I was so pissed, because after so much money I was going to have to buy a new hex nut. Same as you (thank God for email and the internet) I emailed KMC and within 2 days I had a new hex nut at not charge. With the internet we, the little people, have access to the companies directly. :)

I would be a litte concerned about loosing your nuts on the highway......hex nuts that is :)

They should be just "falling" off???

I have had my PIAA Super White's for over a year now and no problems what so ever.
Good to hear about their good customer service.

I got PIAA's as well, although I took them out when I put the MP3 for sale :)

They've been on for about 8 months.

I had Hyper Industries H4's as well.....lasted about 8 months, and when it blew....it blew! Lit up the entire street like lightning for a sec.

I'm running PIAA Xtreme H4's. They made a very noticable improvement in visibility. But, if you want a really big improvement swap your fog lights out for PIAA Xtreme H1's and aim the foglamps a bit higher.
