Why do my headlights suck?

I'm not sure but the photo may be upside down? Lol My headlights are horrible. There's a big dim spot towards the passenger's side. Is this likely an adjustment issue? I have the factory halogen projectors with standard hella replacement bulbs. Please help.

That is seriously out of alignment.
It looks almost like the bulb(s) are not seated properly in position (or upside down).
That happened to me once in my older car with halogen bulbs. I replaced one, and I was in a hurry and didn't seat it properly.
The light pattern looked very similar to what yours is like in your pic.
