Why buy the AWR Motor Mounts and not the inserts?

Unless you go with NSN's inserts. They replace the stock rubber insert in its' entirety

So last question, which is best? Or is it like the CAIs, a personal choise.

since awr has different durometers, i think it's more preference. the harder ones are recommended for manual transmission, but you can use the softer ones if you don't want the vibrations in your street car to be as harsh.
