Ok, lets get this thread back to the facts.

The IS300 and SPEC V run mid to high 15's so those races are all driver. The Jetta, Civic, and A4 are no match for the Mazda 3, so those stories check out good as well.

Since we're going back to the facts:

IS300 runs low to mid 15's.
Spec-V runs mid 15's.
Jetta 1.8T and Civic SI run mid to high 15's.
A4 1.8T run low 16's.

So, the IS300 and Spec-V is borderline BS.

Jetta 1.8T and Civic SI are very evenly matched...it's a drivers face.
A4 shouldn't be a problem, but it still would be fairly close.

The Jetta and Audi 1.8t make alot more torque ,I believe over 170 under 2000rpm. This is one of the things that will get you out of a corner quickly (most of us mere mortal slow down then power out of a turn). So these 2 car would also be hard to beat. Seems like it comes down to a drivers race. And on another note are you guy's crazy street racing, take it to the track.
