Well, even though it looks like s*** and I wouldn't do it if I had a Vette I think in this case it's functional since the vette is RWD and has a lot of power.

then drive one with a spoiler.. then tell me about functionality..
ill call it like i see it.. yes the mazdaspeed is a nice car. BUT.. the FWD under 180 hp does not require a spoiler. -=\
i just think its funny.. u kno that vette with a 3 foot spoiler will spank 90 percent of the cars on this board. -=\
maybe i should go slap a wing on the z06 and u guys can call that rice too.

granted.. that spoiler is ugly as s***.. and i wouldnt use it.. BUT.. it can be funtional in this case. -=P

wouldn't that wing need to be calibrated in some sort of way using a wind tunnel or something to have it at the right height and angle and everything anyway???

there's also a difference between body color molded spoilers and giant aluminum "i'm a race car" crap. no one said the wing on the mazda was functional anyway...

i can almost guarantee my formula has as much or more power than that vette, and it definitely doesn't need a giant, ugly piece of crap like that on it.

actually the mazdaspeed wing was tested by the japs in a wind tunnel.. and the downforce it creates is used for handling.. not because its 'rear wheel'
