Chuck "the ****" Norris. who the hell is this guy. I've been hearing this guy EVERYWHERE ! From chat rooms, myspace, forums, and even websites !!!
Some people praise this guy, and most just make fun of him. Do'nt get me wrong though, the only time i knew this guy was when Bruce lee kicked his ass 10 feet across the room. Thats the only time!

Most of the time this guy makes crappy movies and shows. !!! Nowdays, he sells sum stupid workout machine, an thank god he doesn't make no more MOVIES !!!

Well .... can anybody explain why he's so famous ??? or maybe he's just famously retarded ...

actually all joking aside, the total gym actually does work. I dont own one but know people that do. simple yet effective.

It's a good machine for women... or girly men. But the resistance (since it's only using a rather small % of your bodyweight) is far too little to achieve muscular growth. At best, it's a palates machine that gives you the ability to at least put some resistance on. At worst... it's a hamper.

And it's pretty expensive!

As far as Chuck Norris goes... I'm guessing the thread-starter is rather young so I'll cut him some slack. If you REALLY want to know who he is and why he's famous, do some research online. Though he's obviously a bit past his prime, in his day, he was pretty legit. There were no Randy Couture's or Chuck Liddel's back in the 60-70's... Guys like him (who fought in overseas tournaments) before he went mainstream...were about as close as it got.

well you guessed it, i guess i'm young enough to drive a car . altough i did see that movie when bruce lee kicked his ass(ugh) Anyways, i did my research and i found out that this guy is a DORK. You might be a chuck norris fan, citing from your post. its ok, we all have our "martial arts" idol, so i see where you're coming from(huh)
