Who sends out the survey? Corporate or the dealership?

Unfortunately I've had a negative experience buying a new car with a mazda dealership. Since they dragged the whole process out, by the time I was trying to take the survey it has shown that it expired. I contacted both corporate and the dealership and they both claimed the other party is responsible for the survey. Am I SOL on taking this survey or did anyone else have success asking and getting them(i'm assuming corporate) to send the survey again? TIA
 
yeah i checked the survey website and they had a section about expired survey Survey Support - Medallia

sounds like it's mazda corporate to me
