Whining/chirping Noise Under Hood

Hello all, I think this is my first thread... (cool). I recently noticed that once I get on the highway with my wife's CX-7 around 65-70 mph a whining/chirping/swooshing sound starts coming from the right side of the engine. Kind of like if you had something stuck in the front grill or your side mirrors. I'm thinking it's either the belt or the pulleys. What do you guys think? Any help is appreciated.

Could you duplacate the noise by raising the hood and running the engine up to ~ 2,200 rpm which is= to ~ 65 mph?

Nope, it only does it when I'm on the highway -- something to do with the wind.
