Which map to run????

So i drove it around for solid hour last night..didnt really push it to hard..wanted to just break it in...it drove smooth..i will. I do feel the power come on sooner..and I assume that as time goes by and the ecu learns the new tables..it will gety stronger. My crusing a/f was between 14.6-15.2...boost seemed to be in the negative during normal driving..the knock retard displayed 0....I cant seem to data log in terms of saving..it will do live data..but ill have to figure out how to data log save...can someone give me some safe perameter numbers I should be at with this car..terms of a/f ratio,boost,knock,temp,ect. when you do you datalog it will say hit ok when you want to start to dl then it will say logging. when you hit enter again it will stop logging and start a new log for the next log you want to do. when you plug into your laptop the data logs will come up under the advanced menu in the data log manager. its pretty sweet. there is a few excel how to's in here somewhere on making graphs. there is actually a really good one made by dread. very helpful in making your excel graph. you should also check out the access tuner when you get a chance. when you plug into your laptop you can see everything running in live motion its way sweet. have fun and keep us posted. i love to hear how people are doing with these things as im fairly new to tuning myself.
 
right on thanks mazdaspeed32007...Yeah i went for another test drive...hit the throttle harder this time.....logged it all and will get on the pc asap and download it on there...i figured id check knock and boost while driving..i had zero knock till 6000 rpm in 3rd gear it went up to 0.7.......then in 4th gear had zero knock till abotu 6 grand again..this time it climb as high as 4.9 and highest boost recorded was 21.5 psi so anyways thats it for now. i wouldnt doubt if your knock that high was when you were shifting or letting off the throttle....if thats the case it was a false reading which is fine. the .7 is nothing. sometimes itll blip a number which like i said is usually nothing. its when its steady you know you have true knock. then youll see your spark advance change and your knock will slowly return to 0.
 
That makes sence..I gapped my ivt22 plugs to 0.24....when im driving my a/f stays around 14.7 pretty consistent....but when clutch is engaged then its like 25-30 lol..so yeah....I thought I did hear alittle click click click right 6200 rpm where i shifted at that point in 4th...all in all though pretty smooth and ican feel the power difference for sure...im sure it will get better with time. and ofcourse when I do put that cobb dp on there and take it to surgeline..its gonna be pretty crazy lol :)

ok....... this is not your fancy excel spreadsheet here haha..but heres my datalog i took on my break at work..took the car on the backroads and did some different driving..from calm cruising..to down shifting...to hard throttle...dont think i went past 5 gear..anyways maybe someone checking out the log will give me alittle imput on how my car is behaving...i got good fuel pressure thats for sure :)
 
sorry invalid file..ill have to figure out how to get a file that will work on here...fuel pressure was around 1700 at 6000 rpm.

holy cow!!! did you data log a half hour ride? lol. i guess you can really get some averages with a data log like that. hehe. looks good though. the parts i looked at anyway. data log some hard 3rd and 4th gear pulls to check on some WOT numbers
 
Haha :) YEAH ill try to make em shorter lol...I went on my lunchbreak and hit the backroads and was like well ill just log everything..but yeah today im gonna do couple short logs with some hard pulls Ive only put about 80 miles on the stage 2 map..so i would assume it will keep getting smoother as I go.

i just posted it quick in notepad because im lazy....

its wierd because when i run a 2nd gear 3rd gear pull my numbers are pretty good....nothing i would feel....but my car stutters and pulls a random cylinder misfire code. could my spark plugs be ****** up or something? this is with the stage 2....obviously with the boost numbers. i dont get it. kr was fine....everything seems fine. why the crazy stutters? its nasty too man.
 
i know before i had low fp but now im thinking it was because i was pulling 4th gear to the top. i did a few pulls today with the stage 2 and i thought i was going to die from the stuttering. i had to stop so i ran 1 last data log to show numbers while it ***** up.
